If you purchase the Community Supporter subscription on iOS, Apple handles billing and payment processing. TLC Hero does not receive your full Apple payment details.
To confirm subscription status, TLC Hero may process limited transaction or entitlement data supplied by Apple, such as product identifier, transaction identifiers, subscription status, expiration timing, and the app account token used to associate the purchase with your TLC Hero account.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers who help operate TLC Hero, when required by law, or when necessary to protect users, the service, or our legal rights.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information. We retain information only for as long as needed to operate TLC Hero, satisfy legal requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
You may update certain account information in the app. For iOS Community Supporter subscriptions, you can manage or cancel renewal through your Apple ID subscription settings.
