TLC Hero Service

TLC Hero provides tools, information, community features, and optional paid support features for NYC drivers. By using TLC Hero, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

Community Supporter Subscription

TLC Hero offers an optional auto-renewable subscription called Community Supporter. On iOS, the subscription is billed through Apple using your App Store account.

Subscription name: Community Supporter
Billing period: Monthly
Price: Displayed in the app and may vary by storefront or local currency
Renewal: Automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current billing period ends
Management: Renewal and cancellation are managed through your Apple ID account settings

Accounts and Acceptable Use

You agree to provide accurate account information, keep your login credentials secure, and use TLC Hero in compliance with applicable laws. You may not use the service to harass, defraud, impersonate, or interfere with other users or with the platform.

Community, Marketplace, and User Content

You remain responsible for content you post to TLC Hero, including Buzz posts, comments, marketplace listings, profile content, and other user-generated material. This applies equally to content you post anonymously — anonymous posting hides your name from other drivers, not from TLC Hero.

THERE IS ZERO TOLERANCE FOR OBJECTIONABLE CONTENT OR ABUSIVE USERS. You agree not to post content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, threatening, violent, sexually explicit, defamatory, discriminatory, spam, or deliberately misleading, and not to harass, stalk, impersonate, or abuse any other user.

TLC Hero filters submissions for objectionable content, and any driver can flag a post or block another user from the three-dot menu on any post. Blocking removes that user's content from your feed immediately and notifies our moderation team.

We review every report within 24 hours. Content that violates these terms is removed, and the account responsible is suspended or permanently ejected from the community features. To report content or a user outside of a post, email support@tlchero.com.

Flight Tracker and Airport Information

TLC Hero shows arrival and departure information for JFK, LaGuardia and Newark to help drivers anticipate airport demand. Flight data comes from third-party sources and may be delayed or incomplete. It is provided for planning only — always confirm with official airport and airline sources before relying on it.

Billing and Payments

Some TLC Hero features may involve payments or paid subscriptions. For iOS auto-renewable subscriptions, Apple is the merchant of record and handles billing, renewals, cancellations, and any refunds under Apple's policies. For other services, separate payment terms may apply and will be disclosed at the time of purchase.

Changes and Contact

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of TLC Hero after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions about these terms or billing disclosures can be directed through TLC Hero support channels.
